Job Description

We are looking for an experienced eLearning Designer for a 3-6 month remote contract opportunity. This role is essential in supporting operational, logistical, and participant needs for various learning programs, webinars, and video content. As part of a this contract position, you will manage workflows, provide participant support, and ensure seamless execution of training initiatives.

Job Responsibility

  • Draft and schedule participant-facing communications, including announcements, reminders, and resource updates
  • Maintain and segment distribution lists while ensuring messaging aligns with brand guidelines
  • Set up and manage registration forms for webinars and learning programs, tracking attendance and engagement trends
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, maintaining an organized email inbox
  • Coordinate logistics for live learning events and technology adoption milestones
  • Edit short-form videos with basic cuts, captions, transitions, and branded templates
  • Manage a centralized library of livestream recordings, ensuring timely uploads with accurate metadata
  • Develop workflows and automation to reduce repetitive inquiries and improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain learning schedules, calendars, and program documentation while supporting digital asset management

Requirements

  • Proficiency in drafting clear and effective email communications and managing inbox traffic
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic video editing skills, including familiarity with editing software and templates
  • Experience using tools such as Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and YouTube Studio
  • Comfort interacting with diverse audiences in a collaborative setting
  • Ability to create engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with digital asset management and workflow automation tools
