Job Description:

We’re looking for an experienced Home Manager to lead a large, well-established elderly residential care home in the Aylesbury area. This is a large service that has strong local demand. It’s a good home with solid foundations, but it needs a confident, steady leader who can come in, take ownership, and make sure it’s fully prepared for its next inspection.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead a large, well-established elderly residential care home
  • Ensure the home is fully prepared for its next inspection
  • Provide clear direction and consistency
  • Focus on inspection readiness and embedding strong, sustainable systems
  • On-call responsibility within your own home

Requirements:

  • An experienced Registered Home Manager
  • Strong knowledge of CQC and inspection processes
  • Experience stabilising or improving a service
  • Level 5 in Leadership & Management
