Job Responsibility:
Handle elder law litigation cases, ensuring efficient and effective management of legal processes
Draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity
Conduct thorough discovery processes to gather and analyze pertinent information
Represent clients in civil litigation matters, advocating for their rights and interests
Collaborate with other legal professionals to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes
Provide detailed legal advice and guidance to clients on elder law issues
Manage case files and maintain organized documentation throughout the litigation process
Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in legal proceedings
Prepare for and participate in hearings, depositions, and trials as required
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in private practice in some area that touches elder law, such as estate planning, probate, special needs/disability planning, guardianship/conservatorships/protective proceedings, financial exploitation, probate/trust litigation
Must be licensed and in good standing in Minnesota
