In this critical role, you will report directly to the PMO Director and manage the end-to-end integrated schedule across a high-impact program of 16 interdependent projects and multiple related programs. You will develop and maintain the integrated master schedule to serve as the single source of truth, providing critical insights into sequencing, dependencies, and delivery confidence. This role enables informed decision-making at executive levels and ensures alignment with strategic objectives, funding, and delivery timeframes.
Job Responsibility
Develop, maintain, and continuously refine an integrated master schedule across multiple programs and projects, ensuring data quality, version control, and audit-readiness
Partner with the PMO Director and Project Managers to identify, map, and manage cross-program dependencies, upstream/downstream impacts, and the critical path
Perform detailed schedule analysis (critical path, float, slippage, what-if scenarios) to provide schedule-driven insights and support executive-level roadmaps, dashboards, and governance reporting
Partner with project managers and delivery teams, providing practical support and guidance to uplift scheduling and dependency management capability
Requirements
Demonstrated experience developing and managing integrated master schedules in complex, multi-program environments
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project (or equivalent scheduling tools)
Strong expertise in dependency management, critical path analysis and schedule risk management
Ability to synthesise complex schedule data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data quality and schedule integrity
Proven experience operating within a PMO or portfolio management function
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Experience in government or other highly regulated environments
