Job Responsibility

Provide project management support and coordination across all workstreams under limited direction
Develop project planning, scheduling and reporting
Maintain governance and reporting items, integrated delivery plans and workstream status dashboards
Surface emerging risks, issues and dependencies to the EL2 for escalation or recommendation to senior leadership
Provide high quality deliverables like strategy documents and PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership and teams
Apply business analysis techniques where appropriate, including mapping workstream interdependencies, analysing program data and insights, and supporting teams to clearly articulate the connection between activities and overarching outcomes
Work directly with branch teams to strengthen planning and agile delivery discipline
Actively build internal project management capability throughout the engagement
Provide management support to direct reports to ensure program administration and reporting outputs are accurate and timely
