Job Description:

My client is a highly regarded boutique Personal Injury law firm looking for an EL/PL Solicitor or Fee Earner. The successful candidate will manage a mixed caseload of EL/PL and other personal injury claims. This role offers competitive compensation, a bonus structure, and opportunities for career growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a mixed caseload of EL/PL matters and other claims such as product liability, occupiers liability, animal injuries, and sports injuries
  • Work on fast track and multi track cases, including higher value work

Requirements:

  • Strong Personal Injury Litigation experience
  • Claimant background preferred, but candidates from a defendant background can also apply

Nice to have:

  • Experience with fast track and multi track cases
  • Familiarity with EL/PL matters and claims including product liability, occupiers liability, animal injuries, and sports injuries
