Job Description:

An EL/PL Manager/Team Leader is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100 law firm based in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. You will lead, encourage, mentor and develop all members of the team to their maximum potential, to ensure the team meets its objectives and deliver their work standards as agreed in the client’s SLA.

Job Responsibility:

Monthly 121 performance review
Setting objectives, monitoring performance, providing feedback and supporting professional development
Holding team meetings
Planning & distributing workload
Ensuring compliance with legal procedures and best practices
Staying up-to-date with legal developments
Acting as first point of contact for client complaints

Requirements:

Recent and proven EL/PL experience
Solicitor/Fee Earner
Ability to lead, encourage, mentor and develop a team
Compliance with legal procedures and best practices
Staying up-to-date with legal developments

Nice to have:

Claimant & Defendant Team Leaders/Managers experience
