Job Description:

This position involves managing a mixed caseload of EL/PL matters, including product liability, occupiers liability, animal injuries, and sports injuries. Job Responsibility:

Managing a mixed caseload of EL/PL matters
handling product liability claims
working on occupiers liability cases
managing animal injuries and sports injuries cases
handling fast track and multi-track cases
managing higher value work.

Requirements:

Strong Personal Injury Litigation experience
claimant background preferred but defendant backgrounds also considered.

Nice to have:

Experience with product liability claims
experience with occupiers liability claims
experience with animal injuries
experience with sports injuries.
