Job Description:

The Einstein Analytics Engineer role at NTT DATA requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce.com projects, with a strong focus on Einstein Analytics. The candidate will be responsible for building Recipes, optimizing data performance, and supporting CRM Analytics users. Strong communication skills and expertise in data transformation are essential. Preferred certifications include Platform Developer I and II, and Sales Cloud. This position is based in Hyderabad, India.

Job Responsibility:

  • Convert existing Dataflows to Recipes in Salesforce CRM Analytics
  • Design, build, and optimize Recipes, Datasets, and Dataflows
  • Ensure data transformations follow best practices for scalability and performance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion and transformation
  • Develop and maintain CRM Analytics dashboards and lenses
  • Enhance dashboard performance and usability
  • Implement row-level security and dataset security predicates
  • Provide production support for CRM Analytics users
  • Investigate and resolve Einstein Analytics support cases
  • Monitor scheduled dataflows/recipes and resolve failures
  • Work with Salesforce admins and developers to troubleshoot integration issues

  • Expertise in building Recipes, enhancing analytics performance, and providing case support for CRM Analytics users
  • Should work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce teams, and analytics users to ensure reliable dashboards, datasets, and data pipelines
  • Working experience in Salesforce platform with diversified exposure to platform capabilities like Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning, LWC and Integration
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics / Salesforce Einstein Analytics
  • Experience building Recipes, Dataflows, and Datasets
  • Strong understanding of SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language)
