Einstein Analytics Engineer

• Convert existing Dataflows to Recipes in Salesforce CRM Analytics
• Design, build, and optimize Recipes, Datasets, and Dataflows
• Ensure data transformations follow best practices for scalability and performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data ingestion and transformation
• Develop and maintain CRM Analytics dashboards and lenses
• Enhance dashboard performance and usability
• Implement row-level security and dataset security predicates
• Provide production support for CRM Analytics users
• Investigate and resolve Einstein Analytics support cases
• Monitor scheduled dataflows/recipes and resolve failures
• Work with Salesforce admins and developers to troubleshoot integration issues

• Minimum 6+ years of work experience in Salesforce.com Projects with 3+ years working with Einstein Analytics
• Expertise in building Recipes, enhancing analytics performance, and providing case support for CRM Analytics users
• Should work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce teams, and analytics users to ensure reliable dashboards, datasets, and data pipelines
• Working experience in Salesforce platform with diversified exposure to platform capabilities like Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning, LWC and Integration
• Strong experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics / Salesforce Einstein Analytics
• Experience building Recipes, Dataflows, and Datasets
• Strong understanding of SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language)
• Experience creating interactive dashboards and lenses
• Strong data transformation and data modeling skills
• Experience with SQL and data analysis
• Experience troubleshooting data refresh
• Good understanding of the Salesforce Platform
• Knowledge of Salesforce objects, relationships, and security model
• Experience working with Salesforce reports and standard data structures
• Good communication skills
