As an EHS Specialist in the EUV install organization, you will be responsible for maintaining safe and healthy working conditions and operations at customer sites. We are looking for a proactive individual to drive and execute tasks with enthusiasm.
Job Responsibility:
Ensuring safe working practices and compliance with safety requirements
Training and instructing EUV install engineers on tech-related safety issues
Investigating and following up on accidents, incidents, and near misses
Participating in safety community activities
Escalating safety issues to EHS and local CS management when necessary
Reviews and monitors local EHS compliance and regulatory updates
Collaborates with customer representatives to ensure alignment with all applicable customer EHS requirements
Ensures ongoing conformity with ISO 45001 by maintaining the site safety management system
Supports internal and external audits
Leads comprehensive incident response activities, including reporting, investigation, root‑cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions
Conducts systematic field inspections
Provides technical guidance as the local point of contact
Facilitates Safety Review Board (SRB) meeting as part of the CS safety escalation process
Organize and conduct safety awareness trainings according to the CS safety training program
Develops, implements, and oversees procedures, permits, and controls for high‑risk work operations
Coordinates and standardizes EHS processes across multiple sites to ensure consistent safety performance and compliance
Manages contractors, including installation contractors and safety guards, by overseeing field safety performance and ensuring full compliance with all safety requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in EHS-related, engineering field
Around 8 - 13 years of experience in EHS or equivalent engineering experience, particularly in installation and set-up environments preferred
Experience collaborating with on-site engineers is preferred
Proficient in written and verbal English
