Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in identifying risks and force a pro-active planning process on Environmental, Health and Safety program
  • Coordinates safety activities as a management representative, such as daily toolbox/pre-shift meeting and management at the site
  • Review, develop, and assist with the implementation of EHS policies and procedures in response with customer requirements, company and applicable laws/regulatory
  • Ensure that all Intel and Jones Lang La Salle EHS policies are pro-actively implemented and supported including good housekeeping and ergonomics
  • Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices and develop in line with the organization, EHS control practices and programs
  • Develop EHS induction system for relevant suppliers/contractors, provision of training, measurement, and monitoring effectiveness. Attend EHS meeting as required
  • Maintain, develop, coordinate, perform, and measure results of training for staff relating to safety and competency
  • Investigates injuries in conjunction with line and facility staff personnel. Works with line organization, the local office, and the Site EHS Manager and Account Manager to manage worker’s compensation cases
  • Provides injury/illness reports for accuracy and completeness. Manages injury/illness information database and uses information to perform trend analysis
  • Recognize significant trends through statistical review and develop strategies for addressing those trends. Provide timely reporting of statistical information to EHS Site Manager, JLL Management, local office EHS
  • Coordinate performance of safety audits and assist the Facility /BES /Contractors in correcting deficiencies. Develop guidelines for audits and reporting results in line with the systems program. (SMBWA, DBS)
  • Assesses and monitor regulations. Industrial Hygiene requirements (Air Quality, Illumination, Noise, and others EHS related fields
  • Assist and monitor all JLL and their sub-contractors activities to ensure occupational health and safety is in top compliance
  • Manage and supervise periodical inspections and licenses of objects that have strict requirements on occupational health and safety and or regulatory
  • Process review EHS permits and monitor compliance, correct outright high risk deficiency findings and recommend solutions
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
  • Assist in the implementation and management of a property risk management program which identifies major property risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental. Report any issues or concerns back to Senior Management
  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of guidelines and strategies to protect health and safety of staff and others, protect Intel and JLL reputation. Report any issues or concerns back to Senior Management
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
  • Actively support an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence within the WPR team
  • Any other duties as and when required by the Manager
