Your main tasks and responsibilities will include: To support the local management and ensure that there are adequate risk controls, that work-related incidents are effectively investigated and that support from a specialist is requested when necessary. She/he will promote the issues of environment, health and safety in the workplace throughout the organization and at all levels (from senior management to workshop staff) ensuring the availability of relevant training, awareness campaigns and EHS initiations (Environment, health & Safety). She/he will also attend local EHS meetings planned by management with the relevant representatives of the workshop (including trade unions).

Requirements:
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering
Postgraduate in Prevention of Labour Risks
At least 2-3 years of experience in Prevention of Labour Risks
Good knowledge of the industrial processes, laws and national regulations related to the workplace
Spanish and English must be negotiation level
Good communication and negotiation skills
