Job Description:

We are looking for a Regional EHS Manager to help develop and drive our Health & Safety strategy across our BevCan Europe manufacturing sites. In this role, you will support plants in implementing Ardagh’s EHS standards, policies, and continuous‑improvement initiatives, ensuring a strong, consistent safety culture across the region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support and guide manufacturing plants across Europe in implementing the BevCan EU health & safety strategy
  • Partner with plant leadership teams, EHS leaders, and Group Safety experts to improve safety processes, systems and behaviors
  • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and internal standards
  • Provide expertise and advice on incident prevention, risk assessment, corrective actions and improvements
  • Act as a trusted advisor to plant managers, HSE teams, auditors, and external authorities
  • Contribute to EHS‑related projects, audits and improvement plans

Requirements:

  • Degree in Manufacturing, Environmental Engineering or related field
  • Strong EHS knowledge and practical experience in industrial environments
  • Fluent in English, French, and Spanish
  • Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, SAP, ARMS and EIS
  • Minimum 6 years of EHS experience at a regional or multi‑site level
  • Action‑oriented, resilient, and confident working with senior management
  • Strong communication, planning and influencing skills
  • Analytical, structured, and able to work independently
  • Committed to safety, ethics, and continuous improvement
