Job Responsibility:

  • Establish and maintain HSE programs, procedures, and policies for regulatory compliance
  • Conduct routine inspections, audits, and risk assessments, and providing mitigation recommendations for workplace hazards
  • Offer expert advice to management and employees

Requirements:

  • Certified Safety Professional, OSH500, CHST, or equivalent certification is an advantage
  • A strong construction background is essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably within the Construction, Oil & Gas, or Data Centre industry on the client side
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal Health and Safety regulations and standards
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing programs, policies, and procedures
  • Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct thorough incident investigations, analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in using MS Office and systems for data management and reporting
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Valid Visa/Work permit
