Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated EHS Intern to join our EHS team. In this role, you will assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of EHS programs and initiatives aimed at ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in EHS practices, safety audits, and reporting, while contributing to the overall safety culture of the company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the preparation and implementation of EHS policies and procedures
  • Help monitor and track EHS compliance across various departments
  • Assist with the collection and analysis of safety data
  • Help prepare and maintain documentation related to safety programs, audits, and regulatory compliance
  • Support the management of safety incidents and investigations, including reporting and documentation
  • Collaborate with team members on projects related to workplace safety and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of environmental, health, and safety regulations and principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

Prior experience or coursework in environmental science, health, safety, or compliance is a plus but not required
