Airswift is looking for an ESH Document Control Assistant to work with one of our major clients in Laffayette, IN.

Job Responsibility:

  • Use Adobe Acrobat Pro to arrange and compile different file types into regulatory PHA reports
  • Set up Microsoft review channels for draft reports
  • Track and document report approvals
  • Print and file PHA reports
  • Accurately enter PHA recommendations into the site's tracking system
  • Run reports on compliance tasks from the tracking system
  • Notify action item owners of missed due dates and document responses
  • Lead efforts to digitalize and streamline PHA report compilation and review processes

Requirements:

  • Strong computer skills/ Excel skills and Adobe Acrobat Pro - required
  • Manipulate PDF files
  • Strong MS Teams (setting up channels, etc)
  • Scan/file documents
