This role will support enterprise healthcare clients by designing, implementing, and optimizing integration processes between EHR systems and advanced automation solutions. This position sits within a growing Customer Operations function and offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of healthcare, data, and technology while helping scale impactful solutions across large health systems. The EHR Integration Analyst is responsible for owning and scaling integration implementation and support processes for enterprise healthcare clients. This individual will work closely with customer IT stakeholders, internal product and engineering teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless data exchange and workflow integration. The role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate complex integration concepts into clear, actionable solutions for customers.
Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain relationships with IT stakeholders across large health systems and provider groups to support data extraction and integration efforts
Design and standardize integration processes for extracting data from EHR systems and embedding deliverables into customer workflows
Develop customer-facing materials such as presentations, workflow diagrams, and technical documentation to simplify integration processes
Create and maintain internal tools and scripts, including Python-based solutions, to support integration scalability and efficiency
Serve as a subject matter expert on integration methodologies, providing guidance and building confidence with customers
Design and support interfaces using industry standards such as HL7v2 and FHIR
Partner with product and engineering teams to improve integration workflows, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring a seamless and positive integration experience
Travel occasionally to customer sites across the United States as needed
Requirements:
5+ years of experience working with EHR integrations, including platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design creative and effective solutions across diverse customer environments
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ability to understand and adapt to customer workflows
Working knowledge of HL7 interfaces, FHIR, and interface engines (e.g., Rhapsody) preferred, or the ability to quickly learn and apply these technologies
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly guidance
