Job Responsibility
Coordinate, schedule, and manage the end-to-end process for students' Annual Reviews
Prepare comprehensive paperwork ahead of reviews and take accurate, professional minutes during meetings
Act as a key point of contact, communicating effectively with parents, local authorities, and multidisciplinary therapeutic teams
Ensure all EHCP documentation is processed with a high level of accuracy and adheres to statutory timescales
Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider school team to contribute to a smooth-running educational environment
Requirements
Proven experience working with EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans) or within special educational needs administration is essential
Exceptional accuracy and organization skills, with the ability to manage strict deadlines and prioritize a busy workload
A good understanding of the principles of autism education, or a genuine willingness to learn and develop your skills in this specialist area
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative, team-player attitude
A deep commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
