Job Responsibility

Assist with clients onboarding under direction of the Platform Delivery Team lead
Play a key role in the clients onboarding from legacy asset servicers/internal systems to AlterDomus applications landscape
Coordinate planning and set up meetings to gain an understanding of stakeholders and ensure exhaustive collection of data and client requirements
Analyze client’s historical data – structural, transactional, and accounting
Coordinate the preparation, execution & reconciliation data imports based on outputs from previous systems
Contribute and ensure day-to-day follow-up of migrations, work closely with Platform Delivery Team lead to escalate any issues or concerns when necessary
Coordinate post migration meetings & proper reception of deliverables
Ensure clients facing teams' adoption of the new set up, by providing training and monitoring the user’s acceptance
Act as a first level of support when needed
Have a vested interest in the success of the migrations and ensure that benefits are being realized as part of the project
