Job Description:

Provide Level 1 support for the eFront application, serving as the primary point of contact for Operations, ensuring timely issue resolution, maintaining documentation, and delivering training.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide Level 1 support, including problem replication, documentation, triage, and resolution of eFront issues
  • Adhere to established SLAs for response and resolution times
  • Ensure all eFront issues are properly logged and provide prompt and clear feedback on error resolutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Operations regarding eFront support needs
  • Utilize ServiceNow to monitor support eFront tickets and document all eFront product issues raised by Operations
  • Perform high level and detailed analysis of financial data from Operations teams across AD
  • Maintain and update eFront documentation (including PDT procedures, eFront user guides, project specifications, test plans…)
  • Maintaining a consistent and timely communication between Operations and IT teams on daily bases to ensure that all business requirements are addressed
  • Deliver eFront Trainings
  • Seek opportunities to learn, automate, document, share, educate, and improve processes where appropriate

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background, with degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or IT
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry is highly desirable
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, good communicational and collaboration skills
  • High level of IT literacy with strong Excel and Word skills
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with Service-Now
  • Experience within the fields of accounting or audit
  • Experience with eFront application
