Job Responsibility

  • Using our Ardmore in-house materials, approach their role enthusiastically and take responsibility for appropriate lesson planning, lesson delivery, academic administration - like checking class registers and monitoring student progress - to achieve the learning objectives of our syllabus
  • Lessons should be fully engaging, age and level appropriate, student-centred, and focused on improving the communicative skills of our young learners aged 9-17
  • Assist with student testing, staff inductions, and staff training diploma writing
  • Attend CPD sessions once a week

Requirements

  • A passion for teaching young learners
  • Undergraduate Degree
  • CELTA or Trinity CertTESOL (or equivalent)
  • Clear communication skills with a natural ability to explain different aspects of English language
  • Knowledge of teaching English to young learners
