Efficiency and Compliance Manager

• Conduct Technical Compliance checks on Suppliers, Customers, and Growers
• Oversee External Pest Contractor and ensure all hygiene standards are met
• Perform internal audits as per schedule
• Manage Customer Complaints root cause analysis
• Lead product nonconformance investigations
• Prepare monthly reports on Quality Service Levels and shelf-life analysis
• Collaborate with Planning and Packing Manager
• Monitor Production team efficiency
• Provide training and support to enhance performance
• Assist Quality Assurance team
• Work with Line Leaders to minimize packaging waste

• Can-do attitude and flexible, dynamic approach to challenges
• Strong understanding of fresh produce specifications
• Experience in a production environment
• Proficiency in efficiency monitoring
• LEAN qualification is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills with problem-solving ability
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Excel and good organizational skills
• Level 2 Hygiene and food safety awareness
• Level 2 HACCP knowledge
