Job Description

We are looking for a senior transformation and process optimization professional who will act as an internal advisor and change driver. The role focuses on delivering sustainable efficiency gains through organizational transformation, process optimization, and structured change management across business units.

Job Responsibility

  • Diagnostics and analytics: map E2E processes, collect baseline data and identify efficiency gaps
  • Performance benchmarking: compare internal operations with industry standards
  • Change design: propose solutions such as process redesign, automation, digital tools and organisational simplification, tailored to business constraints
  • Execution support: work with line managers and project teams to implement efficiency initiatives, ensuring targets are met
  • Stakeholder mgmt.: facilitate workshops, manage expectations and align executives around efficiency goals
  • Continuous improvement: promote a culture of ongoing efficiency optimisations, surfacing new opportunities as market, technology and regulatory conditions evolve

Requirements

  • Strong experience in organizational transformation, process optimization, and change management
  • Background in highly mature process environments (e.g. automotive, manufacturing, chemicals, food, pharma)
  • Hands-on experience with Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
  • Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, structure, and order
  • Proven stakeholder management and negotiation skills, including senior leadership interaction
