Job Description:

EE Patent Attorney (3+ Years) - Boutique IP Firm. Our client, a well‑established patent boutique law firm, is seeking an Electrical Engineering Patent Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its growing practice. This is a stable, long‑term opportunity with consistent work flowing from a strong base of established clients. The firm offers a reasonable billable hour expectation of 1,700 hours and a collegial, supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Patent preparation and prosecution in electrical engineering-related technologies
  • Exposure to work generated by long‑standing client relationships
  • Minimal business development pressure

Requirements:

  • JD and admission to at least one U.S. state bar
  • Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
  • Candidates with Computer Engineering or Computer Science degrees will be considered if comfortable working with EE technologies
  • 3+ years of patent prosecution experience (law firm or in‑house)
  • USPTO registration required

  • Leads bagging line team in a safe and effective management of all production processes
  • Subject matter expert in the utilization and implementation of all plant equipment, materials, and products
  • Collecting merchandise from bagging area and safely transporting materials to the shipping bay
  • Receiving and documenting material for delivery or return
  • Keeping an inventory of all materials and merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse
  • Provide a daily condition report of equipment, facilities and inventories
  • Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials or merchandise and immediately notify the supervisor
  • Ensuring that all the materials and merchandise are safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping
