As an Educator Support Specialist, you will be a key player in helping educators and childcare center directors navigate essential processes as they work to meet important program requirements. In this role, you’ll provide personalized assistance, tackle challenges, and help ensure that both educators and facilities are set up for success.
Job Responsibility:
Provide high-quality technical and administrative support to educators with incomplete applications via phone, text, email, online chat, and mailings
Assist with managing and organizing incoming documents for active program participants, ensuring all records are filed correctly and efficiently
Communicate directly with childcare center directors to gather and confirm any missing or additional application details
Maintain and update records for active facilities, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or a similar role
Proficient in answering inbound calls and managing email correspondence
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain detailed information clearly
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
