Job Responsibility

Support the planning and delivery of engaging, child-centred programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place Framework
Foster respectful, supportive relationships with children
Ensure a safe, inclusive and fun environment in line with the National Quality Framework
Assist with routines, care, supervision and learning opportunities across structured and free play activities
Support children during excursions, activities and vacation care experiences
Collaborate with a passionate and professional team to provide high-quality care across multiple sites

Interest in working with children and contributing to positive learning environments
Ability to work effectively under supervision and as part of a team
Understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time, Our Place learning framework
Ability to develop meaningful and respectful relationships with children
Commitment to child safety, wellbeing and inclusive practices
Availability across school holiday periods essential
NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Current NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC)
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid in Education and Care Setting (Provided!)
Completion of, or willingness to complete, a recognised Child Protection course (Provided)

Experience working with school-aged children in education, recreation or care settings
Experience using digital childcare platforms (e.g. OWNA)
Ability to travel between sites desirable
Currently studying towards or holding a Certificate III (or equivalent) in Children’s Services highly desirable
