The Gloucestershire Educational Psychology Service (EPS) is expanding and recruiting for three groups of Educational Psychologists (EPs): Trainee EPs qualifying in September 2026 (current TEP Y2); Trainee EPs qualifying in September 2025 (current TEP Y3); Qualified EPs who share the same values as our team. Our mission is to find solutions and improve outcomes for children and young people through partnership.
Job Responsibility:
Apply specialist knowledge to support children, young people, schools, and families across Gloucestershire
Find solutions and improve outcomes for children and young people through partnership
Work in an exciting and growing consultation service
A variety of work in both rural and urban settings
A range of generic and specialist work within the 0-25 age range in all types of educational settings
Requirements:
Be committed to the delivery of children’s workforce development and support for parents
Be able to work effectively in both rural and urban settings
Have a firm commitment to building relationships and inclusion by working on bringing about change rather than just documenting needs
