Job Responsibility:
Deliver psychological service across a range of settings to support children, young people, schools and families
Use high quality, evidence-based, applied psychology to enable all children and young people to achieve their maximum potential
Contribute to the service offer and strategic development
Facilitate and implement change across complex systems
Requirements:
Suitably qualified, motivated and innovative practitioner
Passionate about improving the social, emotional and educational lives of children and young people
Ability to deliver a psychological service (including statutory and non-statutory work) across a range of settings
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective relationships with children, parents, schools and other professionals
Professional, well organised and reflective approach
Skills in facilitating and implementing change across complex systems
Ability to make a positive contribution to the service and Local Authority
