Requirements:
Ph.D. or Ed.D. in educational leadership, administration, or closely related field
Significant practical experience in school or district leadership roles, with a strong understanding of licensure requirements in Virginia
Proven ability to teach online or hybrid courses effectively
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic community.
Nice to have:
Prior higher education teaching experience
Experience with program development or curriculum design.
