Education Support Staff

Pink Tile Education is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as teaching assistants, cover supervisors, and support mentors in secondary schools in Crawley. We work with schools across the region to provide high-quality support for students, helping them achieve their potential in and out of the classroom. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience in tutoring, coaching, or youth work, who are looking to develop their skills in education and make a real impact on students’ learning.
