We’re growing and now looking for an Education Resourcer to join our team and be the engine behind our successful placements. As a Resourcer, you’ll be the heartbeat of our candidate network. You’ll focus on finding, supporting, and engaging great educators, making sure they’re happy, prepared, and ready to step into schools and make an impact. This role is people-focused, fast-paced, and perfect if you enjoy building relationships, staying organised, and being the person everyone relies on.

Job Responsibility:

  • Sourcing and registering education staff
  • Supporting candidates through compliance and onboarding
  • Managing availability and booking confirmations
  • Checking in with candidates regularly and keeping them engaged
  • Working closely with consultants to fill bookings smoothly
  • Being a friendly, reassuring point of contact for candidates
