We’re growing fast and looking for an Education Recruitment Consultant who gets it: the hustle, the heart, and the hilarious things that happen when you speak to a teacher at 6:30am on a Monday. Are you a people-focused, driven individual with a passion for improving outcomes for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities? We’re looking for a SEND Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic, fast-paced education team!

Job Responsibility:

Build strong relationships with schools, candidates, and support staff
Source, screen, and place high-quality SEND Teachers & Teaching Assistants
Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement
Visit schools and understand their staffing needs
Deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates
Work towards clear targets with excellent earning potential

Requirements:

Passion and Care for SEND and making a positive impact in education
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident, proactive, and resilient attitude
Ability to prioritise, multitask and work to deadlines
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Sales, recruitment experience
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
