Running and growing your own education recruitment desk

Requirements:
Experience in recruitment or fast-paced sales, with a proven track record
A target-driven mindset and the motivation to grow your desk
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A sense of purpose—you care about making a positive impact
The drive to take ownership of your success and keep learning
Nice to have:
Ideally your experience will come from Secondary Education recruitment
Strong knowledge of recruitment in Education (or similar)
