Job Description:

This is more than a standard recruitment role, it’s your chance to build a high-performing desk and make a real impact in schools and communities. We have a huge opportunity for someone to lead and grow our Secondary offering across the West Yorkshire area.

Job Responsibility:

Running and growing your own education recruitment desk
Building strong, lasting relationships with schools and candidates
Matching brilliant people with roles that make a real difference
Working to clear goals and KPIs, with full support to exceed them
Contributing to a positive, ambitious team culture

Requirements:

Experience in recruitment or fast-paced sales, with a proven track record
A target-driven mindset and the motivation to grow your desk
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A sense of purpose—you care about making a positive impact
The drive to take ownership of your success and keep learning

Nice to have:

Ideally your experience will come from Secondary Education recruitment
Strong knowledge of recruitment in Education (or similar)
