Job Description:

Are you a people-person with a proven track record in 360 recruitment or sales? Do you want to achieve big things and be proud of the impact you can make? Job Responsibility:

Running and growing your own education recruitment desk
Building strong, lasting relationships with schools and candidates
Matching brilliant people with roles that make a real difference
Working to clear goals and KPIs, with full support to exceed them
Contributing to a positive, ambitious team culture

Requirements:

Experience in recruitment or fast-paced sales, with a proven track record
A target-driven mindset and the motivation to grow your desk
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A sense of purpose—you care about making a positive impact
The drive to take ownership of your success and keep learning

Nice to have:

Ideally your experience will come from Secondary or SEND
We are open to transferable sectors and territory if you have a strong knowledge of recruitment in Education (or similar)
