Job Description

You’ll be running your own patch — building relationships with schools, finding and placing brilliant educators, managing your desk like it’s your own business (because it kind of is). You’ll juggle bookings, troubleshoot last-minute cancellations, chat with clients, screen candidates, and feel proud when your people show up and shine.

Job Responsibility

  • Building strong relationships with schools and educators
  • Filling temporary and long-term bookings
  • Managing your own client base with support from our internal support team
  • Working with a team who cheer each other on and know how to win

Requirements

  • Sales, recruitment, or education experience
  • A phone voice that could charm even the grumpiest receptionist
  • A curious brain and a big heart
  • A good sense of humour and a thick skin

What we offer

  • Uncapped commission
  • Hybrid working
  • Brighton office with good coffee, ‘treat Wednesdays’ and social Fridays
  • 28 days holiday
  • Real progression
  • The kind of team that celebrates your wins and supports your wobble days
  • Short shifts during half terms and holidays
