Job Description:

This is more than a standard recruitment role, it’s your chance to build a high-performing desk and make a real impact in schools and communities. We have a huge opportunity for someone to lead and grow our Secondary offering across the East Midlands area.

Job Responsibility:

  • Running and growing your own education recruitment desk
  • Building strong, lasting relationships with schools and candidates
  • Matching brilliant people with roles that make a real difference
  • Working to clear goals and KPIs, with full support to exceed them
  • Contributing to a positive, ambitious team culture

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruitment or fast-paced sales, with a proven track record
  • A target-driven mindset and the motivation to grow your desk
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A sense of purpose—you care about making a positive impact
  • The drive to take ownership of your success and keep learning

Nice to have:

  • Ideally your experience will come from Secondary or SEND
  • We are open to transferable sectors and territory if you have a strong knowledge of recruitment in Education (or similar)
