Job Description:

Temporary Education Quality Administrator role supporting the Quality Assurance, Monitoring and Improvement team in delivering exceptional quality assurance for undergraduate and postgraduate medical education.

Job Responsibility:

Provide administrative support for quality assurance processes including uploading and formatting documents for analysis and proofreading and publishing web content
Assist in the quality assurance of new medical schools and programs including processing administrative forms and preparing documentation for visits
Organise travel, accommodation, and meals for staff and associates
Record and reconcile expense claims for budgeting
Monitor the quality reporting system in Siebel to keep colleagues informed of updates
Support a variety of team meetings including scheduling meetings, managing agendas, and maintaining action logs
Handle queries in the team shared mailbox, ensuring timely responses

Requirements:

High level of accuracy in following established policies and procedures
Proficient in IT systems such as Outlook, MS Word, and Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member
Strong customer service skills that enhance internal and external interactions
A DBS is required for this role
