As the Education Programmes Co-ordinator at Cambridge Spark, you will be a key part of the administration of our suite of leadership programmes. You will act as a point of contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that communication is timely and that we are providing a gold standard service for our customers. A key part of the role is attendance at our in-person events (ordinarily held in Cambridge and London) where you will be responsible for day-to-day event management, ensuring that days run smoothly and any issues are solved or escalated as appropriate.
Job Responsibility:
Managing all queries from external stakeholder teams, responding within fixed SLAs
Attending regular client liaison calls and internal planning meetings, with responsibility for logging and monitoring the progress of all actions
Day-to-day preparation for, and management of, large scale corporate events, to include: Pre-event administration and scheduling
Participant communication and resource sharing
Venue liaison prior to and during events over multiple days
Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience of in-person and email-based customer service
A high level of attention to detail
Previous project management experience
A flexible and adaptable approach to solving problems - this role will require a high level of independence
Nice to have:
Experience with using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce etc.)
Previous experience in the Executive Education or Corporate Training sectors
An enthusiasm for automating processes and using AI in the workplace
