Job Description:

As the Education Programmes Co-ordinator at Cambridge Spark, you will be a key part of the administration of our suite of leadership programmes. You will act as a point of contact for a range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that communication is timely and that we are providing a gold standard service for our customers. A key part of the role is attendance at our in-person events (ordinarily held in Cambridge and London) where you will be responsible for day-to-day event management, ensuring that days run smoothly and any issues are solved or escalated as appropriate.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing all queries from external stakeholder teams, responding within fixed SLAs
  • Attending regular client liaison calls and internal planning meetings, with responsibility for logging and monitoring the progress of all actions
  • Day-to-day preparation for, and management of, large scale corporate events, to include: Pre-event administration and scheduling
  • Participant communication and resource sharing
  • Venue liaison prior to and during events over multiple days

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience of in-person and email-based customer service
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Previous project management experience
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to solving problems - this role will require a high level of independence

Nice to have:

  • Experience with using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce etc.)
  • Previous experience in the Executive Education or Corporate Training sectors
  • An enthusiasm for automating processes and using AI in the workplace
