Job Description:

This role involves providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the Education & Programs office.

Job Responsibility:

Welcome and assist visitors by answering inquiries, addressing concerns, and directing them to the appropriate resources
handle incoming calls, take messages, and provide accurate information to callers
manage email correspondence promptly and professionally
perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
print and distribute materials such as tent cards and other office supplies
monitor the office environment to ensure it remains organized and functional
schedule appointments and maintain updated calendars
utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting
support order entry and other administrative functions to maintain workflow

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles
proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls
skilled in data entry and email correspondence
familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for office tasks
ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively
strong organizational skills and attention to detail
excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
capacity to work independently while maintaining a welcoming office atmosphere
