Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing various aspects of our graduation program, with a focus on helping students achieve Industry Recognized Credentials and guiding them on graduation pathways

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and oversee students' progress towards obtaining Industry Recognized Credentials
  • Provide comprehensive graduation pathway counseling to students
  • Collaborate with students to align their chosen graduation pathways with their long-term career aspirations
  • Additional responsibilities and tasks pertaining to enhancing and maintaining engagement, promoting academic progress, and facilitating successful graduation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 or more years in education experience
  • Must hold a valid Ohio license, such as an Ohio Teaching License, Pupil Services License, or School Counseling License
  • State of Ohio resident

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in education program coordination or counseling
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Industry Recognized Credentials and graduation pathway options
