Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing organisation. The Education Practitioner will lead the delivery and development of Subwize's literacy and numeracy programmes across Barking & Dagenham. This role focuses on supporting young people who have been identified as having unmet educational needs, ensuring they receive high-quality, tailored interventions that improve their academic outcomes and overall engagement with learning. The postholder will play a key role in coordinating education support provision, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that Subwize's internal referral processes are effective, responsive, and aligned with the needs of young people.

Job Responsibility
