Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in talent development, with the ability to assess current situations and execute plans independently
Capability to incorporate and introduce innovative ideas and adapt to new environments
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to maintain a broad perspective, comprehend existing processes, and independently create new processes as needed
Experience in healthcare companies (preferably 3+ years)
Experience in talent development (minimum 3 years required)
Experience in planning tasks such as training (minimum 3 years required)
English proficiency to participate in global meetings
Logical thinking skills
Communication skills
IT skills to flexibly adapt to new system implementations such as training and management tools
