Job Responsibility:
Act as a trusted advisor to Thai families, understanding their unique needs
Re-engage warm leads from our existing database, guiding them toward the right services
Nurture a loyal community, turning happy families into advocates who refer friends and relatives
Manage the full enrolment journey, ensuring enquiries convert into confirmed consultations and signed agreements
Requirements:
Must be fluent in Thai for client-facing communication with Thai clients
2+ years of experience in education consultancy, preferably working with parents
Remote Readiness: Self-driven and organized, capable of working independently from Malaysia or Thailand while managing leads via CRM tools
