Job Responsibility

Support, mentor and coach nursery teams to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences
Identify areas for improvement across settings
Champion inclusive practice
Work closely with Nursery Managers and leadership teams to assess educational outcomes and implement improvements
Model best practice, deliver training sessions and workshops
Support educators to develop their skills and confidence
Help bring Storal's curriculum to life
Support teams to build strong partnerships with parents around children's learning and development

Requirements

A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years
Proven experience within Early Years as a Senior Educator, Deputy or Nursery Manager
Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
Experience supporting or mentoring teams, with a coaching mindset
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage others
Confidence in delivering training and modelling best practice
A passion for high-quality early years education and continuous improvement
Reflecting the Storal values around responsibility, openness and working together
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel required)
