Job Description

To deliver a range of dynamic and engaging education and wellbeing interventions to young people, adults and professionals on a wide range of topics including sexual health, reproductive health, relationships and wellbeing. An outreach role, requiring frequent travel to a range of education and community venues to deliver face to face and digital wholeclass sessions, small group sessions and 1:1 programmes to young people, service users, parents/carers and the wider young people’s work force.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver dynamic and engaging education and wellbeing interventions to young people, adults and professionals on topics including sexual health, reproductive health, relationships and wellbeing
  • Travel to education and community venues to deliver face to face and digital wholeclass sessions, small group sessions and 1:1 programmes to young people, service users, parents/carers and the wider young people's work force

Requirements

  • Experience of working with diverse, underserved, vulnerable, or at-risk communities who may not access mainstream services
  • Experience of delivering health promotion, outreach, education, or training activities, ideally within HIV prevention, sexual health, or public health services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of HIV prevention and sexual health
  • Able to travel across Barnet to deliver community-based outreach activities
  • Committed to safeguarding, equality, diversity, and confidentiality
  • Must be able to provide paperwork demonstrating their right to work in the UK
