Job Description

To deliver a range of mental health and wellbeing 1-1 and group interventions to young people between the ages of 11-24 and provide support parents/carers and training for the professionals. To support the project by working flexibly to meet the needs of service users and contribute to the smooth running of the mental health hub.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience working with young people, including vulnerable or at-risk groups, and delivering mental health interventions
