Join our passionate team to support families, children, and young people together with educational settings through the Education Health and Care Needs Assessment and Annual Review Process. This is a fixed term/secondment role to cover maternity leave until 17th May 2027.
Job Responsibility:
Take a child centred approach to coordinating EHC needs assessments
Build strong relationships with children, families, and a range of other professionals
Work closely with Children and families to create effective EHC Plans
Plan effectively to ensure annual reviews are carried out and updated
Ensure correspondence from parents, settings, and other stakeholders are resolved promptly
Requirements:
Excellent communicator
Able to build strong relationships with families and professionals
Organisation skills
Problem-solving skills
Ideally a SEND background with knowledge of the statutory processes outlined in the SEND Code of Practice (2015), the Children and Families Act (2014), and the Equality Act (2010)
