Job Responsibility:

Play a key role in supporting and collaborating with the Education team to contribute to the long-term development of the delivery of education services within St. Francis Hospice Dublin

Requirements:

  • Be educated to Degree level or in the process of completing relevant third level course of study
  • Experience in co-ordination of events e.g. conferences
  • Relevant experience in an Administration position
  • Relevant project management experience
  • Experience and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Learning Management System and Canva)
  • Experience using a HR and/or Learning & Development Systems, Social Media platforms and websites
  • Demonstrate ability to use and embrace new technologies in education
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidates must demonstrate evidence of continuing professional development
  • Have a Full driving license with access to appropriate transport to fulfil the requirements of the role
