Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Data Platform (EDP) and Integration Lead to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale data and integration solutions. This leadership role requires deep expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, microservices, event-driven architectures, and enterprise data pipelines, combined with strong stakeholder management and architectural governance skills.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and technical strategy for enterprise data platforms and integration solutions
  • Design and govern scalable, resilient microservices architectures using Java and Spring Boot
  • Architect and implement event-driven integration patterns, leveraging messaging and streaming frameworks
  • Define and oversee API strategies, including RESTful services, OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, and secure API standards
  • Design and optimize enterprise data pipelines, including ETL and batch processing systems for high-volume data workloads
  • Ensure system performance, scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance using proven architectural and resilience patterns
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Guide teams on best practices for coding standards, integration patterns, observability, and DevOps enablement
  • Drive innovative initiatives to enhance automation, intelligence, and operational efficiency across platforms
  • Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural governance across delivery teams

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, microservices, and enterprise application development
  • Strong solution and enterprise architecture background, with experience designing systems across diverse platforms
  • Proven experience with enterprise data platforms, ETL/batch processing, and high-volume data pipelines
  • Hands-on expertise in event-driven architectures, messaging, and integration frameworks
  • Strong experience building and optimizing REST APIs, with Swagger/OpenAPI and secure API design principles
  • Solid understanding of performance optimization, troubleshooting, debugging, and system scalability
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern monitoring and observability tools
  • Background in financial services or regulated enterprise environments is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both business clearly and engineering audiences

Nice to have:

  • Exposure cloud-native architectures and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with data governance and security frameworks
  • Advanced certifications in enterprise architecture or cloud technologies
