The Business Associate is a senior level position responsible for the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include managing external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Associate may coordinate and manage activities such as the tracking of business financials, employee headcount and other administrative needs as necessary. This role is responsible for executing the Enterprise Data Organization business strategy, provide support for strategic initiatives, managing common capabilities, and driving cross-business initiatives to achieve simplification, increased productivity, and efficiency. May manage ad hoc projects as requested.
Job Responsibility:
Support Stakeholders and Vendors to coordinate and facilitate Third Party Risk Management activities
Ensure vendor’s compliance to required policies and regulations (e.g., Third Party Management Policy, Information Security, Continuity of business)
Assist with/review results of additional vendor monitoring activities (Adverse results)
Manage Third Party contracts (e.g. Statements of Work) ensure contracts are properly executed and uploaded in the Vendor Contract Management System (GEP) working with Business if re-negotiations are required
Support Third-Party Risk Management reporting activities as required and participate in continuous improvement activities
Interface with all third-party stakeholders Third Party Officers (TPOs), Business Activity Owners (BAOs), TP-RAP Support, Supplier Oversight, Third Party Management Team (TPM) and Sector and Regional Third-Party Risk teams and other Citi business stakeholders on a regular basis
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in a financial services role
Communications or marketing experience preferred
Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Maintain the operating rhythm with the leadership team focusing on key priorities, routines and deliverables
Serve as communications lead on strategy development and execution for internal business messaging
Advance organization/people strategy goals including communications strategy, talent strategy, and employee engagement initiatives
Assist leadership/Business Execution Lead in promoting and executing communications program
Develop financial projections based on risks and opportunities
Drive productivity/ cost savings initiatives in partnership with the senior management team
Participate in People Engagement Working Group and promote Voice of the Employee (VOE) communications
Identify and develop business content for deployment, to enhance brand awareness with stakeholders and clients
